Day 0-1: Critical Path

These three things must happen for the landing page to go live. Everything else can run in parallel.

Task 1: Insert TGR landing page into content_pages (Ellie)

The landing page is a full HTML document. It goes into the content_pages table with slug tgr, and the Discover catch-all route serves it directly. No Fly.io deploy required.

Task 2: Run the Python deploy script

Single command from the terminal:

cd ~/Desktop/claude && python3 deploy-tgr-page.py

The script reads the local HTML file, discovers the content_pages schema dynamically, upserts the page, and verifies it landed.

Task 3: Verify the page is live

Promotional Code Setup (Sarah / Ellie)

The code TGR needs to provision a complimentary 1-year Explorer Guardian membership. Two options:

Option 1: Outseta Promo Code

  1. Log in to Outseta admin
  2. Create promotional code TGR, scope to plan pWrbbKWn (Explorer)
  3. Set value to 100% off for 12 months
  4. Set max uses to unlimited (or set a cap, e.g. 10,000)
  5. Test with a clean email address before TGR launch

Option 2: Native planet5_db Handler (Recommended)

Cleaner, aligned with the Outseta phase-out, and becomes the template for every future partner-funded membership giveaway.

  1. Add column partner_attribution_code to guardians table (varchar 50, indexed)
  2. Add column complimentary_until (timestamp, nullable)
  3. Build endpoint POST /api/guardian-comp-signup on planet5-guardian-api
  4. Wire /guardians?promo=TGR to surface the no-credit-card flow on Squarespace
  5. Add TGR to partner_promo_codes table
