A farm built in
Hillary's shadow.

In 1953, Tenzing Norgay and Edmund Hillary were the first to stand on Everest. A lifetime later, his grandson Tashi Tenzing climbed it, and came home to a coffee farm his wife, Bandi Nima Sherpa, was building on the hillside below. She called the place Nuwa Estate.

Seventy thousand Arabica plants grow here now, cultivated without chemicals at altitude, among avocado, banana, and Himalayan spice. Each cherry tended by hand. Small-batch roasted. A flavor that could only come from here.
